to the OA and executed Memorandum of Deposit of Tifle Deeds dated'10.01 .2018 and deposited Sale Deeds dated 07 .12.2017 in favor of the Applicant Bank. After availing the loan facility, the defendants failed to comply the terms of sanction, hence the applicant bank classified the account as NPA on 19.04.2021 and issued Demand notice dated 11.06.2021 to the defendants. lnspite of several requests and demands, the defendants did not clear the outstanding. Hence this OA.

and hence the Applicant Bank isentitled torecover the claim made in the OA with future interest andcosts.
The Defendants no. 1 and 2 arejointly and severallyliable to pay to the Applicant Bank a total sum of Rs.30,99,175.00ps (Rupees Thirty Lakhs Ninety Nine Thousand One Hundred And Seventy Five Only) with futureinterest @9.10%p.a from 08.10.2025 till the date of realization.
'10. The Applicant Bank is also entitled toproceed against the person and properties of Defendants no. 1 and 2 towards realization of the debt due.
