| s.u – 20 | 11 | Applicant Bank has filed Withdrawal Application I.A. No.297 of 2026 supported by affidavit (exhibit-11) for withdrawal of the O.A. No.505 of 2024. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter has been fully and finally amicably settled with the Defendant for a sum of Rs.29,60,000/- as well as Rs.2,500/- towards interest and the Applicant has issued Settlement Letter dated 12.02.2024 to the Defendant and their loan stands closed. In view of the above submissions, the withdrawal of I.A. No.297 of 2026 is allowed. Resultantly, O.A. No.505 of 2024 stands disposed of as withdrawn.
