Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter has been amicably settled with the Defendant for a sum of Rs.40,45,000/- and the Applicant had issued Settlement Letter dated 29.07.2025 to the Defendant and their loan stands closed. In view of the above submissions, the withdrawal of I.A. No. 260 of 2026 is allowed. Resultantly, O.A. No.826 of 2024 stands disposed of as withdrawn. The Applicant shall be entitled to refund of court fees as per Rules. File be consigned to the Record Room after due compliance. |
