institute the Original Application vide Authority Letter dated 26.11.2025, which is Annexure A2 to this OA. 2. The brief facts of the OA are that the defendant nos. 1 & 2 approached the applicant for grant of Kisan Credit Card Limit of Rs.30,00,000.00 vide Application for Agricultural Credit dated 07.03.2016, which is Annexure A3 to this OA. 3. The applicant sanctioned the Kisan Credit Card Limit of Rs.30,00,000.00 vide Credit Sanction Intimation dated 22.03.2016, which is Annexure A4 to this OA and the terms and conditions were duly accepted by the defendants. Defendant no. 3 stood as guarantor. 4. Defendant no. 1 mortgaged his Immovable Property i.e., Land measuring 23K 15M as per Jamabandi for the year 2009-10, situated at Village Mann, Hadbast No.112, Tehsil Jagraon, District Ludhiana vide Declaration u/s 4(1) dated 21.03.2016, which is Annexure A13 to this OA and Simple Mortgage created bearing Vasika No. 1976 in the office of Sub Registrar, Jagraon and Lien marked in favour of bank vide rapat no. 207 dated 21.03.2016 and its translation, which are Annexures A14 & A15 to this OA.
