Sh. Karan Dev Ray, Advocate submitted that complete set of paper book was supplied to learned counsel for defendants on 30.05.2026 but WS was filed on 14.08.2026 i.e., beyond stipulated period.
No reason whatsoever has been assigned by defendants as to why the WS was not filed within stipulated period.
However, taking lenient view, WS is taken on record subject to payment
of Rs.02,000/- as cost, which is to be paid in Senior Citizen’s Home, Sector 43-A, Chandigarh, Department of Social Welfare, Women and Child Development.
Receipt of the same be filed within 7 days from today.
List before Registrar on 19.09.2026 for admission or denial of documents. Bank Officer is directed to bring all original documents on date fixed.
