Thereafter, the defendants a pproached the applicant for grant of Term Loan Facility for purchase of commercial vehicle of Rs.55,10,000.00 vide Application Form for Commercial Vehicle / Construction Equipment Finance, dated 03.09.2022, which is Annexure A8 to this OA. Thereafter, the defendants a pproached the applicant for grant of Term Loan Facility for purchase of commercial vehicle of Rs.58,90,000.00 vide Application Form for Commercial Vehicle / Construction Equipment Finance, dated 23.08.2023, which is Annexure A15 to this OA. 3. The applicant sanctioned the Term Loan Facility I for purchase of commercial vehicle of Rs.8,11,894.00 vide Sanction Letter, dated 22.06.2021, which is Annexure A3 to this OA and the terms and conditions were duly accepted by the defendants. Thereafter, the applicant sanctioned the Term Loan Facility II for purchase of commercial vehicle of Rs.52,83,000.00 vide Sanction Letter, dated 18.11.2022, which is Annexure A9 to this OA and the terms and conditions were duly accepted by the defendants. Thereafter, the applicant sanctioned the Term Loan Facility III for purchase of commercial vehicle of Rs.56,19,816.00 vide Sanction Letter, dated 28.09.2023, which is Annexure A16 to this OA and the terms and conditions were duly accepted by the defendants. 4.
