Summon served on D1 to D3 through paper publication and rvas set ex-parte on 11.09.2025 as called absent and no representation,

The Applicant Bank examined Aditya A S, Legal Manager, as AW-1 and marked 13 documents through him as Ex.A.1 to Ex.A.13.

Ld. Counsel for the Applicant Bank stated orders may be passed on merits. Perused the material placed on record.
