ORDER
The Applicant Bank filed the present OA against Defendant for recovery of a total sum of Rs.23,G9,2g0.00 ps. (Rupees Twenty Three Lakhs Sixty Eight Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty Only) i.e a sum of -
(i) Rs. 14,09,556.00 Ps. with contractual rate of interest @12.10oAp.a with monthty rests from 11.11.2025 tiil the date of rea lization.
(ii) Rs. 9,58,724.00 Ps. with contractual rate of interest @11.50%p.a with monthty rests from 11.11.2025 tiil the date of realization.
As per the averments in the application, the Applicant Bank states that Defendant availed personal Loan under Xpress Credit Elite Limit of Rs.20,00,000/- repayabte in 72 equated monthly installments of Rs.39,205/- with interest @12.10% p.a with monthly rests and executed personal Loan Agreement daled 17.07.2021 in favor of the Applicant Bank. The Defendant availed Personal Loan under Xpress Credit Elite Limit of Rs.12,00,000/- repayable in 72 equated monthly installments of Rs.22,965/- with interest @11.20yo p.a with monthly rests and executed Personal Loan Agreement dated 29.04.2022 in favor of the Applicant Bank. After availing the loan facility, the defendant failed to comply the terms of sanction, hence the the account as NPA on 16.12.2024 dated 12.07.2025 to the defendant.

lnspite of severar requests and demands, the defendant did not clear the outstanding. Hence this OA.
Defendant called absent and set exparte on 0g.02.2026.
- Sri. Srinivas Potturi, Manager of the Applicant Bank examined himself as AW.1 and exhibited relevant documents, which are marked as Ex.A.1 to A.14.

The point that arise for consideration is whether the Appricant bank is entitled for the claim made in the OA against the Defendant as prayed for?
Defendant remained exparte. To substantiate the case of the Applicant Bank, AW.1, official of the Applicant Bank was examined and he exhibited relevant documents as Ex.A.1 to 4.14. ln view of the above, I hold that the Applicant Bank has established their craim made in the oA against the Defendant and hence the Applicant Bank is entifled to recover the craim made in the OA with future interest and costs.
The Defendant is liable to pay to the Applicant Bank a total sum of Rs.23,68,280.00 ps. (Rupees Twenty Three Lakhs Sixty Eight Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty Only) i.e a sum of -
interest 11.11.2025 till the date of realization.
