The Ld Counsel for the Appticant has fited an apptication for withdrawal of original apptication lA 1314/25 supported with affidavit of Shri Manoj Sharma, Chief Manager. lt is stated that the Applicant-Bank has fited the present OA for recovery of Rs 80,58,816.00 together with interest and other retiefs against the Defendants. lt is further stated that during the pendency of the matter, the loan account has been amicabty settted and the defendant deposited the entire OTS amount of Rs 44,00,000.00. The Ld Counset for the Appticant further prays for withdrawal of the present OA.
Considering the apptication for withdrawal and the submission made by the Counsel for Appticant-Bank that the Defendants have deposited the entire setttement amount of Rs. 44,00,000.00 towards futt and final setttement of the ctaim, the present OA stands dismissed as withdrawn.
So far as refund of Court Fee is concerned, Registrar is directed to consider the same as per [aw.
