The Applicant Bank filed the present OA for the recovery of a sum of Rs.28,23,403.72ps as on 30.11.2025 from the defendants^jointly and severally with future interest @18o/o^p.a. with monthly rests plus 2o/o penal interest from 01.12.2025 till the date of realisation arons with costs. 1ffiru

The point that arises for consideration^is:-

Whether the Applicant Bank is entitled^for the claim made in the OA against^the Defendants?

As stated supra, the Defendants^{remained ex-parte. The Evidence} Affldavit coupled with the^{recitals ln} the^{documents viz., Exs. A.1 to} A.11 marked on behalf of the Applicant^{Bank clinches the claim of} the Applicant Bank against the^{Defendants.Hence, I hold thatthe} Defendants are^jointly and severally^liable to^{pay the OA claim to} the Applicant Bank with future^{interest and costs.}

In the result, the present Original Application^{No.114l2026is} allowed as under:^-
