Counsel for the applicant has filed this Misc. Application in OA no. 101/2020 which was decided by this Tribunal on 01.03.2021 and she submitted that during the pendency of the execution proceedings, the borrower/certificate debtor have approached the applicant bank for restructuring the loan account and pursuant thereto the loan account has been restructured, therefore, she prayed that the recovery proceedings pending before the Ld. Recovery Officer in Recovery Certificate No. 183/2021 may kindly be closed.

The Ld. Recovery Officer is directed to close the proceedings of Recovery Certificate No. 183/2021 and Registry to return the original documents, if any, to the Authorized Officer of the applicant bank after acknowledgement of the same.

Accordingly, file of Misc. Application and Recovery Certificate be consigned to record. Copy of order be uploaded on website and sent to the Ld. Recovery Officer.
