This MA is filed for modification in the recovery certificate issued in OA no. 183/2014 dated 27.08.2019. counsel for the bank submits that property bearing plot no. 23, Parshwanath Colony, Sursagar Road, Near Kaylana Chouraha, Village Genwa, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, has inadvertently came in the order which was neither mortgaged nor belongs to the CDs in the matter. Therefore he requests to modify the recovery certificate.
Registry is directed to modify the recovery certificate by deleting the details of said property. Recovery Officer shall proceed except the abovementioned property.
Accordingly, MA stands disposed of as allowed, all pending IAs also stands disposed off, if any.
File be consigned to record as per rules. Copy of order be uploaded on website.
