The prayer for correction in the Judgment and Recovery Certificate dated 02.07.2022 is allowed and land area mentioned in Judgment and Recovery Certificate be read as “1.3500 Hectare in the name of Defendant no.2” in place of “13500 Hectare in the name of defendant no.1”.
In view of the above, this Misc. Application stands disposed of and tagged with its original application. Copy of the order be sent to the Recovery Officer of DRT, Jaipur.
