Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter has been amicably settled with the Defendants as the Defendants has paid as sum of Rs.26 crores and Applicant had issued No Dues Certificate dated 09.04.2025 to the Defendants. In view of the submissions made, the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the T.O.A. The I.A. No.970 of 2025 is allowed and T.O.A. No.211 of 2023 stands disposed of as withdrawn.
