Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant wish to settle the matter with the Respondent Bank and accordingly, the Applicant deposited the entire amount and both loan accounts has been settled. This fact is confirmed by the Ld. Advocate for the Respondent Bank. Since the entire account has been settled, both parties agree to dispose of I.A. as well as the S.A. Accordingly, I.A.
