Ld. Counsel for the applicant submits that the only grievance in this matter is the notice under Section 13(8) of the SARFAESI Act is dated 31.10.2025 and there is no clear 30 days notice.
Counsel for the respondent submits that they are withdrawing the notice dated 31.10.2025.
