The claim of the bank is to the tune of Rs. 5,66,358/- with cost and the borrower is agreed to pay Rs. 65,000/- (Rupees Sixty Five Thousand) as full and final settlement.

The bank authority and the borrower have agreed voluntarily with full consent to receive that amount by the bank and to give that amount by the borrower.

It is settled that borrower does not owe any further amount to the bank in respect of the above accounts after above payment. Hence, the authorized officer of the Certified Holder Bank filed withdrawal pursis before the Panel and the same is verified in the light of the contents of settlement.
