In this matter, settlement has been arrived between the parties for total amount of Rs. 52.50 Lac. Rs. 50.00 Lac has already been deposited and the same has been kept in no-lien interest bearing account by the bank. Sanction has been conveyed.
A DD of Rs. 2.50 Lac is handed over today in the Court. The DD is as good as cash. The same can be presented today itself for the clearing. With this amount, entire amount stands paid.
The physical possession of the property be handed over today itself. NOC be issued within one week from today.
Registry is directed to hand over the original title documents deposited by the bank to the applicant herein on identification by the counsel of applicant
Counsel for the bank submits that their endorsement is required in the original title deed Register.
No endorsement is required in the original title deed register, earlier order directing the bank to deposit title document in Registry

and this order directing the Registry to hand over the title documents to applicant is sufficient for endorsement which can be noted in their register.
It is clear that all the complaints has been withdrawn, so there is
no litigation pending between the parties.
