	7	During the course of arguments, Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that he wish to settle the matter with the Respondent. Accordingly, he has filed undertaking (exhibit-7) stating that the Applicant undertakes to deposit overdue amount of Rs.3,25,213/- on or before 06.11.2025 by 5 pm and further undertakes to pay the regular EMI from December 2025 and in case of failure, the Applicant undertakes to hand over the vacant peaceful possession of the property to the Respondent. The undertaking given by the Applicant is accepted.
		So, in view of undertaking filed above, possession fixed for 07.11.2025
		be deferred subject to condition mentioned in undertaking (exhibit-7) failing which the Applicant shall handover the physical vacant

	possession of the subject property to the Respondent and the Respondent would be at liberty to take appropriate measures under the SARFAESI Act. I.A. No.2452 of 2025 stands disposed of accordingly.
	In view of the above, Ld. Advocate for the parties agree to dispose of the S.A. itself.
	Accordingly, S.A. No.476 of 2025 stands disposed of.
