Present: Mr. Dipanshu Sharma, proxy Counsel for Mr. Manuj Nagrath, Counsel for the Applicant. Mr. Yogesh Jain, Counsel for respondent bank (on VC).
Mr. Jain, states that bank has taken the possession of the secured asset, as the applicant has not made the payment of Rs.10.00 Lacs. Counsel for the applicant states that he does not want to pursue the present SA and the same is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. He states that he be granted the liberty to file the fresh SA, in case he wants to file the same. I order accordingly.
