Counsel for the applicant states that though he tried to serve the bank, yet, the bank refused to accept the summons. He further states that though the bank intended to take the possession on 06.02.2024 but it did not take the possession and he apprehends that bank would make another attempt in the near future.
In view of this, let fresh notice be issued to respondent bank, for 14.02.2024. Till the next date, bank would not take the possession.
