| 9 | During the course of arguments, Ld. Advocate for the Applicants submits that they wish to settle the matter with the Respondent. Accordingly, filed undertaking (exhibit-9) stating that the Applicants undertake to deposit Rs.27 lakhs within 25 days i.e., on or before 13.10.2025 and further undertakes to deposit the remaining interest amount as Rs.4 lakhs per month within 4 months from 13.10.2025 and in case of failure, the Applicants further undertake to hand over the peaceful possession of the secured asset to the Respondent. The undertaking given by the Applicants is accepted. |
