In this matter, Counsel for the applicant submits that they have already deposited an amount of Rs. 48.00 Lac and for the rest of the amount they seek 60 days time.
From tomorrow, 60 days time is granted to the applicant to deposit the remaining due amount. Counsel for the Respondent undertakes to not to take any coercive steps for this 60 days. Thereafter they will be at liberty to proceed ahead with the securitization proceedings. If the amount deposits, the bank shall release the title deeds and give No Dues Certificate within two weeks thereafter.
With these directions, SA stands disposed off, all pending IAs also stands disposed off, if any.
