In this matter, the applicant has moved an IA no. 1532/2025 in which Para no. 2, it is admitted on oath by the applicant that they availed a credit facility from the respondent bank under loan account no. LA30CLLONS000005013947/AP-10036942 and also admitted having mortgaged the properties i.e. Plot with Patta no. 8, Gram Panchayat Kanota, Tehsil Bassi, District Jaipur, (Raj.) and Plot with Patta No. 7, Gram Panchayat Kanota, Tehsil Bassi, District Jaipur, (Raj.) . Issuance of demand notice dated 08.08.2022, demanded Rs.50,58,589.41/- is also admitted. It is submitted that auction notice dated 15.06.2023 was issued and the bank is held bound to sale the property.

It is submitted that the applicant has approached the respondent bank for final settlement of the account, but the bank is held bound to auction. The prayer made by the applicant in the IA is to take this application on record is allowed.

The application is taken on record and the prayer to direct the respondent bank to provide full and final statement of outstanding dues and applicant to pay the said dues for redemption, thus said prayer is allowed and the applicant is directed to pay total dues within 1 week from the date of conveying the dues and the final statement of outstanding dues be provided by the respondent to the counsel for the applicant. The applicant shall make payment forthwith and if payment is made, the bank is directed to release the property and issue No Dues Certificate.
