In this matter, account is settled, though there were two car loans and the parties are still going on for which the bank is at liberty to take legal action. The physical possession of the property shall be handed over within seven days subject to applicant getting both the cars being verified by the Authorized Officer of the Bank.
When the Authorized Officer of the Bank verifies the vehicles, thereafter 7 days, he will restore the possession to the applicant. Whatever legal proceedings are pending in respect of those car loans shall continue.
Accordingly, SA stands disposed off, all pending IAs also stands disposed off, if any.
