In this matter, applicant is playing smartly with the bank and deposit the regular EMIs month by month, but earlier three EMIs which was bounced being deposited and it would have been pretend for the bank of receipt, they should adjust the earlier EMIs and not the present EMI.
Counsel for the applicant submits that the earlier EMIs shall be paid within one month and to pay regular EMIs.
In view of the above submissions, this Securitization Application stands disposed off. In case of default, the respondent bank will be at liberty to proceed as per law.
