IA No.1414/2025 is an application filed by the Applicant to bring on record some loan documents. It seems that the said documents are not produced as Annexures, though the Applicant contents that the said documents are part of the pleadings.
In view of the rigger of the language and section-19 of the RDB Act, the production of documents which were not produced along with the OA, cannot be accepted without the amendment of the OA. In view of the same, case is adjourned to 12.01.2026.
