Counsel for the Applicant Bank submits that complete fees be refunded otherwise court fees be a burden on borrowers and will have to be recovered from them.
In view of the above submission, IA vide dairy No. 2871/25, IA vide diary No. 2872/25 as well as this Original Application stands disposed of. Registry is directed to refund the court fees as per rules.
