JUDGEMENT

The Applicant Bank flled the present O.A. being No. O.A. 703 of 2024 on 27/11/2024 for recovery of a total sum of Rs. 25,92,821,86/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Lakhs Nine-Two Thousand Elght Hundred Twenty-One and Elghty-Six palse only) only from the Defendants towards Cash Credlt Facllltles together wlth interest, cost and other usual reliefs.

The Defendants are served with summons, The defendants did not appear, as there was no representation from the defendants, the case was flxed for ex-parte hearlng on 27/0812025, and heard ex-parte accordingly,

The Appllcant Bank examined 10 documents through Srl Shamim being the Chief tlanager, Unlon Bank of India marked as Exhibit Annexure-A-1 to Exhlbit Annexure-A-10.
