The Applicant Bank has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and the final total Settlement Amount of Rs.15,27,000/- has been deposited by the defendants.
The Withdrawal Application is supported by the Affidavit of Shri Ashish Kumar Shukla, presently posted Senior Manager, having one of its branch Office at Yes Bank, 12, Tulsi Complex Rani Lamni Bai Marg, Hazratganj Lucknow-2260001(U.P.).
Keeping in view prayer of the Applicant Bank, withdrawal of the case is allowed.
