1. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, defendant

Nos. 1 to 4 have been served through RPAD on 27/08/2025. The
Service affidavit is filed on record at Exhibit-10. Despite service,
the defendants neither appeared nor filed WS. The statutory
period of filing WS has been already over. Hence, requests that,
the ex-parte order may be passed against the defendants.
2. Heard.
3. None appeared for the defendant Nos.1 to 4, though served. In
these circumstances, it appears that, the defendants are not
interested in filing the Written Statement or has nothing to show
cause; hence, they are hereby proceeded ex-parte .
