The Applicant Bank filed the present OA for the recovery of a sum of Rs.23,52,O43/- as on 22.04.2025 towards Loan A/c. No. LPKNO00047236037 from the defendant with future interest @24olo p.a. with monthly rests from 23.O4.2025 till the date of realisation along with costs.

As stated supra, the^{Defendantremained ex-parte The Evidence} Affidavit coupled^{withthe recitals in the documents viz , Exs A'1 to} A.11 marked on^{behalfof the Applicant Bank clinches the claimof} the Applicant Bank^{againstthe Defendant. Hence, I hold that the} Defendant is liable to^{pay the OA clalm to the Applicant Bank with} future interest and^costs.

In the result, the^{present Original Application No.391/2025is} allowed as under:^-
