Mr Jamshed Ansari, Advocate for the Applicant. None for Defendant. Applicant Bank has filed Service affidavit (exhibit-11) and Withdrawal Application I.A. No.1230 of 2025 supported by affidavit (exhibit-12) for withdrawal of the O.A. No.375 of 2022. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter has been amicably settled with the Defendants as the Defendants has paid as sum of Rs.17 crores vide OTS sanction letter dated 31.03.2023 to which the Applicant had issued Settlement Certificate dated 11.09.2023 to the Defendants. In view of the submissions made, the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the O.A. The I.A. No.1230 of 2025 is allowed and O.A. No.375 of 2022 stands disposed of as withdrawn.
