2' As per the averments in the apprication, the Appricant Bank states that defendant no'1 is a private Limited company represented by its Directors Defendants no. 2 to 4 and defendants 2 to 5 stood as guarantors to the loan availed by defendant no.1. Defendants availed cash credit rimit of Rs.3.00 crores which was enhanced to Rs.4,70,00,000/- on 25.05.2023. To secure due repayment of loan the defendants executed demand promissory note, murti facirity agreement, hypothecation agreement, consent letter and deed of guarantee defendants no. 2 and 5 execute extension of title deeds over the schedule properti cilities, the defendants failed to

comply the terms of sanction, hence the appricant bank crassified the account as NPA and demand notice was issued on 03.05.2025. Inspite of severar requests and demands, the defendants did not crear the outstanding. Hence this OA.
