As stated supra, the^{Defendants remained absent and did not turn up to controvertthe} versaon of the O.A. of^{Applicant Bank. The EvidenceAffidavitcoupled with the recitals in the} documents viz.,^{ExhlbiG Annexure'Ato Exhibit Annexure-V markedon behalfof the} Applicant Bank, established^{the claim of the Applicant Bank againstthe Defendants andOA} schedule^{properties. llence,I hold that the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay} to the Applicant^{Bankthe clalms made in the OA with futureinterest and costs'}

No. 24 ot 2024^{filed by the Applicant Bank is allowed anddebt is determined with cost} against the defendants.^{lt is hereby orderedthat applicant bank is entitledto recover from} the defendants^{the totalamount to the tuneof Rs 49,57,f4g'491-(Rupeesforty nine lakh} fifty seven thousand^{one hundredfortynine andpaisaforty nine only) with pendenteliteand} future interest @^{10,70I)6per annum interestwithsimple on the amount due from the date} of filing ofthe^{Original Application i'e ZAlf2l2O23till full and final realization ofthe claim} amount.

Registrar of this Tribunal is directed to deliver recovery^{certificate in termof thefinal} order/judgement for recovery^{of the sum against the defendantin favourof the Applrcant} Bank lnder Section 19^{(22) of the Recovery of Oebtsdue to the Bank andFlnancal} Institutions Act, 1993 now known as Recovery^{of Debtsand BankruptcyAct,1993.}
