It^{ls hereby orderedthat Appllcant Bankls entltledto recov€r from} the defendants the total amount to^{the tuneof Rs.35,51,529'22l-(RupeesThlrty-SlxL.khs} Slxty-One Thousrnd Slx Hundred^{andpalseTwenty-Twoonly)wlth pendentellte 8nd future} lnterEst @ 10.10%^per annum lnter6t^{wlth slmple on the amount due fmm the dateof} f,llng of the Orlglnal Appllcatlon l.e 29.03.2025^{till tull and final reallzationof the clalm} amount.

Accordlngly,pendentellte and} future lnterest shall be calcllated on the reduced amount.

(3) Defendants are debarred from dlsposlng, allenatlng or deallng^{wlth any of thepropeftles} belonglng to them tlll the aforesald^{decretaldebt ls recoveredfrom the defendants.}

(4) Defendants are glven a tlme of thlrty days from the date of the^{JudgmenvFlnalOrderfor} repaylng of the above mentloned^{dues, so lntlmated to them. In casethe defendantsfall to} pay the dues wlthln the above mentloned tlme, the appllc.nt^{bankls entltledto recoverlts} dues by sale of secured assets,^{lf any. Appllcant bank is also entltled to proceed agalnst} personal propertles of the defend.nts (Both movable and lmmovable)^{and alsoproceed} against the defendants^{personallyto recover the dues ln ac@rdance wlth law.}

(5) Let the certlflc.te of Recovery be drawn up by Ld. Reglstrar^{forthwlthin te.ms of Judgment} for issuance of the same agalnst defendants^{ln favourof the appllcant bank under Section} 19⁽²²⁾ of the Recovery of oebts^{and BankruPtcy Act,1993 and put up the same for} lssuance of the Certlflcate.
