2' As per the averments in the apprication, the Appricant Bank states that defendant no'1 arong with her husband rate Mr. Godesi Narendra Babu availed home loan ".."' agreement etc. The defendants also availed another top up loan of Rs'46'00 rakhs on 02'11'2019' The defendant no.1 and father of defendant no.2 availed personal loan of Rs.15,05,400/_ and executed arrangement letter, etc. After availing the loan facilities, the defendants failed to comply the terms of sanction, hence the applicant bank classified the account as NpA on 04.03.2024 and legal notice was issued on 28'oB'2024. Inspite ofseverar requests and demands, the defendants did not clear the outstanding. Hence this OA.

Defendants called absent and set exparte on 26,0g.2025.

In the result, the present OA is allowed with costs, as under: The Defendants are join'y and severary riabre to pay to the Appricant Bank a total sum of Rs.9l,o6, s67/- (Rupees Ninety one Lakhs Six Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty Seven only) i.e.,

The Applicant Bank is also entitled to proceed against the person and properties of defendants towards realization of the debt due. However the applicant bank is entitled to proceed only to the extent of estate devolved upon legal heirs from the deceased late Mr. G. Narendra Babu.

The Applicant Bank is entitled to the costs of the OA.

The Applicant shall file a cost memo within two weeks from the date of receipt of order.

Issue Recovery certificate accordingly.
