Registrar has put up this matter before me.
The prayer in M.A is only to return the original title deeds, which are lying in the record of SA. In fact, two SAs were filed i.e. SA No.415/2017 filed by Mohan Bhai Charitable Trust Vs. State Bank of Patiala (now SBI) and SA No.399/2017 filed by Rajinder Kumar Jindal Vs. State Bank of Patiala (now SBI). Both the SAs have been decided.
In view of this, it is hereby ordered that the original title deeds be returned to SBI after certified copies of the same are filed, for handing over the same to the auction purchaser. In view of this, MA stands disposed of.
File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
