restored to its original position. If any interim relief has
been granted in SA No.175/2024 stands vacated and the
respondent Finance Company is at liberty to proceed
further against the applicants / borrowers, if they have
violated the terms and conditions of the loan as well as
order of this Tribunal, in accordance with law.
C. List the Securitisation Application No.175/2024 for
completion of pleadings before the Registrar on 04 th
October, 2025.
D. File of MA No.33/2025 be consigned to the record
room.
