Learned counsel for miscellaneous applicant (PNB) submits that SBI filed SA 250 of 2025 in respect of Flat No. A/3. Order dated 14.7.2025 speaks that as the security interest has been created in respect of said flat (A/3) by both SBI as well as PNB, there was an order to both banks to go for arbitration and sarfaesi action in respect of Flat No. A/3 has been restrained by an order of status-quo which is in respect of Flat No. A/3. Submission of the learned counsel for the MA (PNB) is that restraining order is not in respect of the entire building. Anyway, the order of status-quo is only in respect of Flat No. A/3.
