This MA has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to withdraw recovery proceedings being initiated so far with Recovery Case no. 254/2019 in OA/192/2022 and Learned Recovery Officer be directed to get the recovery proceedings closed in RC/254/2019 in complete/full satisfaction of dues of the applicant bank. It is also prayed that original documents as Ex. A/2 to Ex. A/10 submitted by the bank be returned.
Prayer stands allowed.
Accordingly, MA stands disposed of as allowed and Recovery Officer is directed to close the recovery proceedings in the above mentioned RC and consign the file to record room. Original documents as Ex. A/2 to Ex. A/10 be returned to the applicant bank.
File be consigned to record as per rules. Copy of order be uploaded on website.
