Heard on MA No.147 of 2025 for restoration of SA No.301 of 2025, which was dismissed in default on 27.11.2025. The MA was filed on 29.11.2025. Though, Mr. Grover, objects to this but he states that this Tribunal may pass any formal order. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is hereby allowed and disposed of accordingly. SA is restored to its original number.

Since, the SA was dismissed in default the bank has taken the possession. Mr. Grover, states that only a sum of Rs.7.00 Lacs is due and requests for adjournment to file reply to the SA. Adjourned to 16.12.2025. In the meantime, applicant would approach the respondent bank for settlement.
