In this matter, MA has been filed and reply to MA has already been filed.
Counsel for the applicant submitted that their voter ID was taken at the time of grant of loan. Specific allegation has been made in that respect, but no service was attempted at that address.
The reply has been perused by me, counsel for the bank vehemently submits that in the application form and other communications with the bank, the said address is not being mentioned.
Be that it may be, there is no clear denial by the bank officer that voter ID card was never submitted and on the contrary on oath, it is submitted by the applicant that voter Id card was given.
In view of this MA stands disposed of as allowed. OA stands restored to its original number. Final order and Recovery Certificate stands recalled. List the OA on 16.09.2025.
