Counsel for the applicant has filed this Review Application for rectification of typographical error in order dated 15.05.2023 wherein title is wrongly mentioned to “Icon Cable Limited Vs. Axis Bank” instead of “Icon Cable Limited Vs. SBI” and also prayed to waived off the cost of Rs. 50,000/-imposed in M.A no. 197/2021 on the MA applicants.
The prayer of the applicant is allowed to rectify the order dated 15.05.2023 passed in M.A no. 197/2021 in which “Axis Bank” be mentioned as “State Bank of India”. The cost of Rs. 50,000/- is also waived off, imposed on the MA applicant. In view of the above, this Misc. Application stands dismissed.
