Ld. counsel for applicant has filed a put up petition being
lAl434g/24 for hearing of lAl435ol24 praying for withdrawal of
the main S.A. Sance petition is put up, the I.A. is disposed of'
The application is supported by Affidavit of the applicants Mr'
layatu Chandra Das and Plr. Joydeep Das. During the pendency
of the S.A. the matter has been settled with the Respondent
Bank and the Respondent Bank is not going to continue with the
instant proceeding and has issued a'No Dues Certificate' Since
this is an amicable Settlement between the parties and the
Applicant antends to withdraw the main S.A., no prejudice will
be caused if the I A. is allowed without inviting response from
other side. Accordingly, the instant I.A. is allowed and stands
disposed of being dismissed as withdrawn as settled amicably'
S.A. No. 548 of 2022 along with all other pending l A s, if any,
is disposed of as withdrawn.
