He submits that the amendment application was dismissed by the Incharge Presiding Officer at Pune and thereafter there is no appeal is being filed by the applicant nor there is any application is being filed and the physical possession has already been taken on 28^th
		December, 2023 for which the limitation to challenge has already gone.
		2. This Securitisation Application is disposed off. However the applicant is at liberty to challenge the
		further actions of the respondent-FI in case the respondent-FI proceeds further.

further
C. All pending IAs in the proceeding, if any are disposed
off accordingly.
D. Consign the file to the Record Room.
