which the counsel for the applicant bank undertakes to
intimate the other party of next date of hearing.
D. The Orders be passed in the Securitisation Application
No.53/2024 for appearance of the SA applicant on 27 th
August, 2024.
E. List the Securitisation Application No.53/2024 for
completion of pleadings on 27 th August, 2024.
F. File be consigned to the record room.
