4.11.2024 Ms. Farida Yasmin (Sl. No. 7) … For the Applicant Bank. The applicant bank has filed IA 236 of 2024 praying for withdrawal of O.A. 88 of 2023 seeking recovery of Rs.21,08,177.04p.
During the pendency of the matter, the applicant and the defendant have arrived at a compromise and settled the dues of the applicant in the instant OA and have paid Rs.12.60 lakhs in full and final settlement of the outstanding dues.
In view of the amicable settlement arrived at between the parties, the instant I.A. and all other pending I.As are disposed of along with O.A. 88 of 2023 in the category of dismissed as withdrawn as settled.
The applicant bank is entitled for refund of Court Fee in terms of the Rules for which the applicant may move before the learned Registrar of this Tribunal who may take decision in accordance with rules and regulations of the subject.
