by the Appl,icant Bank. The Appl,icant-Bank has retied upon the documents at Ex. A-1 to A-11 which were proved by Shri Sanjay Mehta, Chief Manager.
i) The Defendant do pay Rs. 25,79,840.71 (Rupees Twenty Five Lac, Seventy Nine Thousand, Eight Hundred Fourty and Paisa Seventy One onty) together with pendentelite and future interest @10% per annum simpte from the date of fiting of the OA, i.e., 30106/22, with costs ti[[ its realization.
ii) The Appticant Bank is entitled to sett the mortgaged as welt as personal properties and assets of the Defendant for reatization of its dues. The Defendant is hereby restrained by means of injunction from depteting, transferring, encumbering, atienating or in any way dealing with his properties/assets without first paying the ctaim of the Appticant Bank.
iii) A Recovery Certificate be issued uls 19(72) of Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act. The applicant bank may file amemo ofcost within 7 days for preparing Recovery Certificate.
