Whereas during the^pendency of the case before the^DRT, Jabalpur the applicant bank and the defendants have mutually consented to settle the loan account and in this regard the ApplicantBank has filed a Memo for Withdrawa! alongwith affidavit of Shri Akshaya Kumar Das Chief Manager.

Now in terms of reference made by the Counsel for the Applicant before this Lok Adalat on this 09th Day of March,2024 the Parties have

mutually settled the loan account and Defendants have deposited the entire compromise amount of Rs. 1 Crore (Rupees One Crore only) in full and final settlement and the account closed on 17105123. The Counsel for Applicant prays for withdrawal of the case as there remains nothing to recover from the Defendants. ln view of the statement made before this Lok Adalat, the OA 363122 is disposed of as withdrawn. Court fee be refunded as per rules.
